MakeMyTrip introduced “Refund to My Wallet” to reduce Third party payment fees and keep users in the ecosystem but still the user adoption stayed low and company had to pay the cost. Here is where I stepped in

The goal of the project was to understand how engineers and managers experience performance evaluation and how they take feedback and give feedback and are motivated to use the platform consistently.

Designing Complex Monthly Processing Statement UI for merchants to help them with faster decision making.
Without clear visibility into trends, costs, and performance, merchants risk missing out on growth opportunities or failing to spot inefficiencies. The goal was to reduce the merchant's cognitive load and help them discover information quickly
